Supernatural communities come and go - it's frustrating, but it happens. And no matter how hard I've looked, I couldn't find one that fit what my friends and I are interested in. So, here's what I've done. I've sort of, kind of mushed all of my favorite things from books and movies into one community. It's a mixture of The Vampire Chronicles, Anita Blake: The Vampire Hunter, and Underworld. Pulling what I liked from each 'verse, I feel confident in the community you're now squatting in.
I'm going to be real and honest with you. I want this to work. I want this to be a haven where you can let your imagination go hog wild. Do whatever. Write whatever. Just have fun and be creative. There aren't many places where we can freely and without consequence write.
The gist of this community is that the werewolves and vampires are at war. They have been for centuries. Humans, some normal and some members of the Talamasca, are caught in the cross-fire. People die everyday. Maybe your character knew them, maybe they didn't. These killings rarely make the news. Vampires stalk Bourbon Street and the French Quarter while a pack of werewolves meet in the swamps to plan their latest attack.
It's simple, really. Do what you can to stay alive. Just keep breathing. |

Comments are screened for your privacy.••• Name - What they go by. Does not have to be a legal name. Hell, if you don't want to give your character a last name, then don't.
••• Age - Please be sure you can convincingly play the age you are using. Characters 90+ years old will be reviewed very, very carefully.
••• Species - Human, vampire, or lycan.
••• Rank - For members of the Talmasca, vampire kiss, and werewolf pack. If you're not sure, just ask or put "member."
••• Journal - Must relate to your character.
••• AIM - Since AIM is optional, this can either be related to your character or not. If you don't mind making a new screen name, though, go ahead.
••• PB - Who they are played by.
••• Biography - Just a little snippet for the character directory.
••• Example - Written as your character, preferably in third person.
••• Picture - A HQ picture of your PB, at least 300x300 pixels.
